My name is Andrew and I am the Alder class teacher. We focus on child centred education through learning to understand each student’s unique goals, challenges and needs. We look at tailoring the curriculum to each individual through utilising different pedagogical approaches, educational schemes and tools. We employ schemes of work such as the Edmark Reading Scheme and Smart Moves to develop gross motor skills.

Our students thrive here as they experience appropriate academic, extra-curricular and social pursuits. We get out and about in the local community and beyond thanks to our school bus.
